Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
What format are the photos in? All Website photos are in JPG, GIF, TIFF formats.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is that we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Your friends and colleagues must purchase individual accounts
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Website Works that I download? Yes. We do not allow the redistribution of the Works. In addition, we do not allow the use of the Works within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS:
How do I submit my Work? FTP Upload and Batch Photo Uploader. The batch photo uploader lets you upload an entire batch of photos to the Website directly from your computer using only your web browser.
Why was my photo rejected? Our policy forbids us from providing details on why a particular Work has been rejected. The rejection email you will explain of any alterations that could be made that would result in an acceptance of your Work.
Can I upload a Work that I did not create? No. However, for more detailed information on this, please read the TERMS OF USE
Are my Works protected from theft? All Works are watermarked on the public server. The Works can be viewed by guest individuals until payment for the download is received. Your account will be credited upon payment.
What requirements go into a submitted Work? a)Photos must be a minimum of 2.5 million pixels. Multiply the width by the length in order to determine the pixel count of your Work. b)Vector illustrations must be saved as Adobe Illustrator 8 .EPS files. c)The EPS file needs to be saved as an AI8 compatible EPS. d)The file needs to have a preview of it in 1920 x 2800 pixel RGB KPEG format. e)Place alternate file formats on a ZIP folder.
Which file format should the Work submitted be in? Everything is converted to a JPG format by our system eventually. We prefer JPG/JPEG formats however Tiffs are also welcome.
When will my Work be approved? 48 hours is generally how long it takes to approve Works. However, at busy times a few additional days may be required.
Are illustrations or 3D renders acceptable? Yes.
Can I delete a Work I submitted? You have the option to remove a Work at any time. Any removal in this way is irreversible.
Does it cost anything to become a submitter? No. It is free to contribute Works and you will be paid for each downloaded photo. Our current payout rate could be found in Payment and Pricing Terms.
Is it necessary for me to upload several resized photos for upload? Our system automatically creates all sizes necessary to our customers. As long as you upload the largest version of the file you have our system does the rest.
Is it permitted for me to sell my Works on other sites simutaneously? You may submit your Works to multiple agencies at any time.
Which DPI do I need to use when scanning the Works? Whichever is highest Works best. Anything over 300 should Work well however.
May I include additional keywords in my Works so the search picks them up more often? Using unrelated words to your Work is against our policy, and thus your account will be disabled if it occurs. You are responsible for all the keywords you use.
Are there minimum payment guidelines for my Work? Corporation charges No Fee for transactions over 50 credits. Transactions less than 50 credits will be a low fixed price of 2 credits whatever the amount of the conversion. Thus you can transfer money as soon as your account contains at least 10 eligible credits. Until the minimum is reached all earnings will be brought into the next pay period. Payment is electronically issues automatically once you reach the threshold. If an account is closed before the minimum is reached, the earnings on the account are forfeited.
How often am I paid for my Works? Monthly. Electronic payments are made automatically for the past pay period. If during a certain pay period the threshold minimum is not reached, your earnings will carry over to the next pay period.
Should I request the Website for a payout? No. As soon as the minimum threshold is reached your payment will be processed. To further assist you with payment, we ask you make sure all payment information is accurate.
How is payment calculated? Whenever a Work is downloaded, your commission is added to your earnings. Detailed statistics are available in the Member’s area.
What should I do if I never received payment? Payments are made mid-month so if you have not received payment 2 weeks after the end of the month you should contact customer support and payment can be resubmitted. Reissued payments are made only in the original form of the payout.
I have a warning. What does that mean? A warning is a notice that a good deal of your Work has flaws. One common problem stems from noise in images. Some reasons for warnings include, but are not limited to: Submitting the same Work multiple times, keyword spamming, miscategorizing Works frequently, many unfocused Works, submitting rejected images without a note of changes, combinations of images with problems in framing, focus, or wording, large batches of poor quality shots, upsized images of more than 5%.
Can international artists join? Yes. If your country is not on the list on the signup page, contact support directly. We will require a portfolio and some references. As long as an artists is able to receive payment and the Works submitted are the artist’s sole possession they may join. All payment is made in US dollars.
Will Paypal charge me a fee? Most artists are not charged for Paypal payment transfers. However, depending on your geographical region, and on the type of account you have you may be charged a fee. Contacting Paypal directly is the easiest way to to find out if a fee will incur.
Can my Works be removed from the site entirely? Yes. The Corporation reserves sole rights to remove images from the site at any time without reason.
How many warnings will I receive before my account is in jeopardy? Most circumstances require 3 warnings before your account is reviewed and/or reset by the Corporation. This generally means you will not be able to upload batches of 10 for 30 days.
How do I release the model I have to you? Upload them along with your Work that contains the model.
Is it necessary for every Work to have a model release accompany it? Without a model release you can upload the Work as an editorial. Without a model, Works can only be used by editorial designers, not commercial designers. A Work generally is downloaded more frequently if it has a model.
Do you accept nude Works? No.
If the Work submitted has myself in the picture, do I need a model release? Yes, you must sign off on a model release.
